Microsoft Research has upgraded its prototype illumiRoom formerly and now called RoomAlive which is able to make all your interactive room, through projection mapping and RoomAlive using video projectors plus a Procam can turn any room in an interactive whole world.

Using Kinect sensors can recognize every inch of your room and the process of projected images in 3D is performed in real time so you can play and interact with everything that appears on your room.

For now that all this possible 6 Sensor Kinect (which certainly is expensive) but for this reason Microsoft Research is still investigating and testing to be in an accessible future most people are employed.

Lately many companies are working on similar projects, trying to future games not only through a screen if you really can feel like you’re there, but how are you are very costly things are still not accessible.
